- Send an email to: Support@haqqnikah.com from the email associated with your Haqq Nikah account.
- Once we receive your email, your account deletion process will commence within 24 hours on Haqq Nikah.
- Please note that this action is irreversible once initiated on Haqq Nikah.

7.2. Data Removal:
- Deleted accounts remove all data from our database, including emails and personal information on Haqq Nikah.
- Once your account is deleted, there is no way to restore it. If you decide to join back again, you will need to create a new account on Haqq Nikah.

7.3. Confirmation of Deletion:
- You will know that your account is deleted when you attempt to log in and are unable to do so on Haqq Nikah.

Enabling location access enables Haqq Nikah to suggest nearby events, match you with users in your area, and provide accurate event check-in information. You can manage location permissions in your device settings.

9.1. Terms of Service Violation:

• Violating the terms of service, including creating fake profiles, may result in account suspension or deletion, in line with the platform's guidelines.

9.2. Legal Compliance and Enforcement:

• Haqq Nikah reserves the right to take legal action against users who engage in malicious activities, including creating fake profiles.

9.3. User Education:

• We educate users about the importance of authenticity and compliance with platform guidelines to maintain a trustworthy environment.

9.4. Penalties and Consequences:

• Users found creating fake profiles will face penalties such as account suspension, deletion, or legal action, in line with Haqq Nikah's commitment to authenticity and user protection.
