At Haqq Nikah, we believe marriage is a sacred bond established by Allah and that the search for a spouse should begin with a clear intention: marriage.

Haqq Nikah was created to help Muslims make meaningful first introductions without turning the search for a spouse into dating, endless private conversations, or simply swiping through profiles.

Most marriage platforms begin with a profile. Haqq Nikah begins with an introduction.

Through a Haqq Nikah Marriage Introduction, a serious marriage prospect can see the person, hear the person, and learn what matters to them in marriage before deciding whether there is enough interest to pursue a serious marriage inquiry.

The introduction is not meant to determine whom someone should marry. It is simply the introduction before the conversation—an opportunity to determine whether further investigation for marriage may be worthwhile.

Haqq Nikah is not a dating service.

Our purpose is to help Muslims move from an initial introduction toward serious marriage inquiry, appropriate family or wali involvement, and proper investigation of compatibility and character.

We believe people should be able to learn enough to recognize genuine interest without first building an unnecessary private relationship.

Haqq Nikah Marriage Introductions allow participants to present themselves in their own words and their own voice.

Rather than relying only on a written description, introductions can include video, voice, photographs, and meaningful answers about a person's dīn, life, family situation, marriage goals, and what they are seeking in a spouse.

Authenticity matters. Participants are expected to provide truthful information and present themselves honestly.

Haqq Nikah recognizes the important role of the wali (guardian) in the Islamic marriage process.

When genuine interest develops, the goal is not endless private conversation. The process should move toward serious inquiry and appropriate wali or family involvement so that compatibility, character, circumstances, and marriage intentions can be properly investigated.
