Terms and Conditions for Haqq Nikah Marriage App

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Haqq Nikah app ("App"). These Terms govern your use of the App, and by accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Applicability

1.1. These Terms apply to all users of the Haqq Nikah App, including registered users ("Users") and visitors to the App.

1.2. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

2. Account Registration

2.1. To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. User Obligations

3.1. You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

3.2. You shall not:
  - Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  - Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  - Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other Users.
  - Upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, obscene, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
  - Use the App to engage in any form of commercial solicitation or spamming.

4. Content Ownership and Licensing

4.1. The App may allow you to post, upload, or submit content, including personal information and media.

4.2. By posting, uploading, or submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and display the content for the purposes of operating and promoting the App.

4.3. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to grant the above license.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Haqq Nikah and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

6.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Delete Account Policy

7.1. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the instructions provided on our 'Delete My Account' page.

7.2. Send an email to: Support@haqqnikah.com from the email associated with your Haqq Nikah account to initiate the account deletion process.

7.3. Once we receive your email, your account deletion process will commence within 24 hours.

7.4. Please note that account deletion is irreversible, and all data associated with your account, including emails and personal information, will be permanently removed from our database.

7.5. You will receive confirmation of your account deletion, and you will no longer be able to log in to the App once the deletion process is complete.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

8.1. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8.2. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Haqq Nikah and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

10. Authenticity Guidelines

At Haqq Nikah, we prioritize authenticity and genuine connections within our community. By using our platform, you agree to the following guidelines regarding authenticity:

10.1. Authentic Profile Information: You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile, including personal details, photos, and preferences. Misrepresentation or falsification of information is strictly prohibited.

10.2. Prohibited Activities: Creating fake or misleading profiles, impersonation, or engaging in any deceptive practices that compromise authenticity are not allowed on Haqq Nikah.

10.3. Consequences of Misrepresentation: Violation of authenticity guidelines may result in account suspension, deletion, or other penalties as determined by Haqq Nikah.

10.4. Community Guidelines: You are expected to adhere to our community guidelines or code of conduct, which align with the principles of authenticity and respectful engagement. These guidelines are designed to create a safe and welcoming environment for all users.

10.5. Reporting Mechanisms: If you come across suspicious or fake profiles, please report them immediately using the designated reporting mechanisms. Your active participation in maintaining a trustworthy community is appreciated.

10.6. Educational Resources: We provide educational resources and guidelines, such as "Embracing Authenticity on Haqq Nikah," to help you understand the importance of authenticity and navigate the platform effectively. These resources are available to assist you in creating meaningful connections based on shared values and beliefs.

10.7. By using Haqq Nikah, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these authenticity guidelines. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against users who violate these guidelines or engage in activities that compromise the integrity of our platform.

11. Modifications to the App and Terms

11.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.

11.2. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the App.
